Worms come out the butt end, and his butt would not be directly against hers, she wouldn’t get them that way.
Actually most worms come from eating live prey who already have the worms in their system. Birds, rodents, both carry tapeworm and other worms. Getting worms from sex is not standard.
You check your cat by taking a poop sample to any vet and asking for a fecal to be done. They look and if they find any they recommend the correct medication to get rid of the type of parasite she has (it’s useless to treat for ones she does not have). Usually the worming meds are about $ 8. Get them from the vet, not the store. Far too many Hartz deworming meds have poisoned dogs and cats.

These larvae impregnate the intestinal wall in humans and can quickly gain size and infect any part of the body. More importantly, children are easily susceptible to serious infection by worms and are at serious risk if their play environment is where cats and dogs feces are littered.
